Using Key Features

Auto Dial

To store a frequently-dialed number, press the Auto Dial key. Dial complete number to be stored. Press the Auto Dial key again. Number is programmed. To use, lift the handset and press the Auto Dial key.

Call Park

To place a call on hold that can be retrieved from any extension, after call is connected, press the Call Park key. Call is parked on your extension number. Notify appropriate person of the extension number the call is parked on.

To retrieve Call Park, listen for dial tone, press the Call Park key and the extension number that parked the call. Call is connected.

To place a call on hold that can be retrieved from any extension, press the Call Park key. Enter extension number to park call. Hear confirmation tone, press the Release key. Notify appropriate person of the extension number the call is parked on. If the call is unanswered, it will ring back to the original extension after 2 minutes.

To direct Call Park retrieve, listen for dial tone. Press the Call Park key and the extension number that the call was parked on. Call is connected.

Call Pickup

To answer calls ringing to a different extension, lift handset, press the Call Pickup key. Call is connected.

Conference Call

To connect up to 6 parties on one call, establish the first call. Press the Conference key. Dial the number. When connected, press the Conference key. Repeat for subsequent participants.

Forward

To forward calls to a different telephone or Voice Mail, press the Forward key. Dial the complete destination telephone number. Voice Mail is 9-745-7900. Press the Forward key. Forwarding is active.

To deactivate, press the Forward key. Forward becomes idle.

To Forward a specific key to a different telephone number or Voice Mail, press the Forward key and then press the desired number key. Enter digits to forward to, press the Forward key again.

To deactivate, press the Forward key and then press the desired number key. Press *.

To Forward all keys, press the Forward key. Enter digits to Forward to. Press the Forward key again. To deactivate, press Forward ,*.

Inspect

To view status of the buttons on the telephone, press the Inspect key and then press a key on the telephone. Key status information is displayed.

Intercom

To announce information over the speaker of the telephone(s), press the Intercom key. Dial the extension number. Press the Intercom key again. Voice is over the speaker

Message

To receive notification of new Voice Mail messages waiting when active, lift handset and press the Message key. To access Voice Mail when key is not active, dial 9-745-7900.

Speed Call

To access the group speed dial list from controller’s phone, press the Speed Call key, dial bin number, 9+ number, press the Speed Call key again. Repeat for all bins (10-49).

From any phone with Speed Call from the above list, lift handset, press the Speed Call key. Dial code from speed dial list (10 – 49).

Transfer

To transfer calls to another party inside or outside the office, press the Transfer key. Dial the destination number. Press the Transfer key again. Hang up or press the Release key. If there is no answer, press the Transfer key twice to retrieve the call.
