How to use Centrex Key features.

Auto Dial
To store a frequently-dialed number, press Auto Dial. Dial complete number to be stored. Press Auto Dial again. Number is programmed. To use, lift the handset and press Auto Dial.

Call Park
To place a call on hold that can be retrieved from any extension, after call is connected, press Call Park. Call is parked on your extension number. Notify appropriate person of the extension number the call is parked on. To retrieve Call Park, listen for dial tone, press Call Park and the extension number that parked the call. Call is connected. To place a call on hold that can be retrieved from any extension, press Call Park. Enter extension number to park call. Hear confirmation tone, press Release. Notify appropriate person of the extension number the call is parked on. If the call is unanswered, it will ring back to the original extension after 2 minutes. To direct Call Park retrieve, listen for dial tone. Press Call Park and the extension number that the call was parked on. Call is connected.

Call Pickup
To answer calls ringing to a different extension, lift handset, press Call Pickup. Call is connected.

Conference Call
To connect up to 6 parties on one call, establish the first call. Press Conference. Dial the number. When connected, press Conference. Repeat for subsequent participants.

Forward
To forward calls to a different telephone or Voice Mail, press Forward. Dial the complete destination telephone number. Voice Mail is 9-745-7900. Press Forward. Forwarding is active. To deactivate, press Forward. Forward becomes idle. To Forward a specific key to a different telephone number or Voice Mail, press Forward and then press the desired number key. Enter digits to forward to, press Forward again. To deactivate, press Forward and then press the desired number key. Press *. To Forward all keys, press Forward. Enter digits to Forward to. Press Forward again. To deactivate, press Forward *.

Inspect
To view status of the buttons on the telephone, press the Inspect key and then press a key on the telephone. Key status information is displayed.

Intercom
To announce information over the speaker of the telephone(s), press Intercom. Dial the extension number. Press Intercom again. Voice is over the speaker.

Message
To access PremierVoice Mail messages when the indicator is lit, lift handset and press Message. To access PremierVoice Mail when the indicator is not lit, dial your access number.

Speed Call
To access the group speed dial list from controller’s phone, press Speed Call, dial bin number, 9+ number, press Speed Call again. Repeat for all bins (10-49). From any phone with Speed Call from the above list, lift handset, press Speed Call. Dial code from speed dial list (10 – 49).

Transfer
To transfer calls to another party inside or outside the office, press Transfer. Dial the destination number. Press Transfer again. Hang up or press Release. If there is no answer, press Transfer twice to retrieve the call.
