About your previous phone service (with a letter of credit, if possible)

Wire Maintenance $2.25
Covers the costs of repair/replacement of faulty or damaged inside wire and jacks, materials included. Wire Maintenance service will provide up to two trips monthly (effective immediately upon sign up). It does not include troubles caused by customer equipment, replacement of customer equipment, receiver off hook, animal chews and/or rewiring of existing jacks. Multi-line businesses with key or PBX systems or commercial building locations are not eligible for Wire Maintenance.
