To Check Voice Mail

From your phone, dial *88 or an access number (listed below). Enter your PIN, followed by the # key. (Temporary voice mail PINs are always 000000.) Follow the voice prompts.

From a phone without voice mail, dial an access number:
373-7900 | 582-7900 | 583-7900 | 683-7900 | 696-7900 | 745-7900

When the system answers, press #. Enter your 10-digit telephone phone number, followed by the # key. Enter your PIN, followed by the # key. Follow the voice prompts.

To Reset Your PIN, Contact Customer Service.

To Change Your Greeting, Press 3.

For a personal greeting, press 1.
For a system generated greeting or to change your recorded name, press 3.

To choose the type of system greeting, press 1.
To review or re-record the recording of your name, press 2.

To Change Your Settings, Press 4.

To add/delete group lists, press 1.
To change auto play settings, urgent message settings, and preferences, press 2.
To change your PIN, dial 3 (Security), then 1.
