To turn ON this service:

Allows you to forward calls to a different telephone or Voice Mail
To turn on the service:
1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone
2. Press *72
3. Listen for the dial tone
4. Dial the number to which you want your calls forwarded to
5. When the phone is answered, your call forwarding is in effect
If there is no answer or the line is busy, press the switchook for about one second and then repeat the above steps within two minutes. When you hear two beeps, your call forwarding is in effect
To turn off Call Forwarding:
1. Lift the handset and listen for dial tone
2. Press *73
3. Listen for the confirmations tone and then hang up. Calls will ring normally on your phone

4. Dial your seven-digit business telephone number that has Call Forwarding on it
5. Dial your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
6. Listen for the special dial tone. Dial *72 and enter the number to which you want to forward your calls to, or enter *73 to cancel Call Forward |

To establish your speed call list:

4. Dial the one-digit access code (choose a number from 0 to 9)
5. Dial the telephone number you wish to assign to that code (remember 1+ area code if number is long distance)
6. Listen for confirmation code
7. Hang up
8. Proceed with setting up your remaining speed dial list by repeating the steps above
To use your speed call list:
1. Lift handset and listen for dial tone
2. Dial *, the appropriate one-digit access code, followed by the # key
To cancel a number on your speed call list:
1. Lift handset and listen for dial tone
2. Dial *99
3. Wait for dial tone
4. Dial the one-digit access code for the number you want to cancel
5. Listen for cancellation tone
6. Hang up
Long List
Allows you to place calls to a list of 30, 50, or 70 numbers by dialing a two digit code followed by the pound sign.
To establish your speed call list:
1. Lift handset and listen for dial tone
2. Dial *75
3. Wait for dial tone
4. Dial the one-digit access code (choose a number from 00 to 69)
5. Dial the telephone number you wish to assign to that code (remember 1+ area code if number is long distance)
6. Listen for confirmation code
7. Hang up
8. Proceed with setting up your remaining speed dial list by repeating the steps above
To use your speed call list:
