How To Rent A Video On Demand  
Video On Demand Rentals Tab  

1) Press the Menu key on your remote control and arrow to the Rentals tab. Press the OK key on your remote.

Live TV is still visible in the upper left and Video On Demand rental categories are listed below that.

Use the down navigation arrow on your remote control to access all titles. Content is organized by genre and subcategory.

2) For example, select Movies, Just In. A list appears to the right.

Tip: Video On Demand’s Just In category includes movies that have just been added to the Video On Demand selection. The list is updated weekly.

Highlight a specific title to view detailed information: run time, rental cost, rating, release date, synopsis, actors, and film poster (if available).

3) Select a highlighted Video On Demand title to play its trailer preview (if available) or to rent it.

Tip: Look for free rentals to experience all of Video On Demand’s features before buying.

4) When you select Rent, a confirmation screen requests the PIN for your main account.

Tip: Arrow up and deselect the Share Rental option if you do not wish to include this movie in the Vault(s) of subaccount(s). The default is always selected.

You can watch all or part of the Video On Demand right away, or you can stop it and wait for a more convenient time.

 

The rented Video On Demand program will be available in your Vault for 24 hours and return itself automatically without any late fees or trips to the video store.

How To Watch A Video On Demand

1) To access your rented Video On Demands, press the Menu key on your remote control and arrow to the Vault tab.

Press the OK key on your remote. The Video category is already highlighted. Press OK to view your available rentals. You will then see your list of selections.

2) Highlight the movie you want to view and press OK. Then you can play from where you left the movie or play from the beginning.

Watch all or part of your Video On Demand rental as many times and whenever you want. Video On Demand rentals remain in your Vault for 24 hours and automatically return themselves after the 24-hour rental period.

Use All The Buttons On Your Remote

3) Control Video On Demand viewing with the following buttons on your remote control:

Rewind/Fast Forward - Press multiple times to control the rate. Press Play to resume viewing.

Tip: For slow motion, press Pause and then Rewind/Fast Forward.

Play - allows you to view the movie from start to finish
Pause - stops the movie temporarily. Press Play to resume viewing
Stop - reverts back to live DTV
