Can I get to my email from anywhere?

Yes. MTA Webmail allows you to access your email anywhere, anytime through a wide range of devices.

Connect to your email via any Web browser, computer email software (like Outlook), or a mobile device such as a smartphone or PDA.

MTA Webmail supports all major email protocols including IMAP, POP and SMTP. You can also check your external email accounts directly.

How can MTA Webmail help me manage my email?

MTA Webmail offers an extensive set of rules or filters that you can apply to all your incoming messages. You can create approved (white) and blocked (black) lists of email addresses, automatically sort email messages into folders, and create custom folders to organize content for future retrieval.

You can create “family friendly” rules that filter or block incoming email including inappropriate text, messages, or graphics.

To manage all email messages, you can automatically transfer email from your Inbox and Sent folders to a specific folder. Organize your Inbox by creating custom folders, which will allow you to easily catalog and retrieve sent or received messages.

What other features are included with MTA Webmail?

MTA Webmail offers a comprehensive suite of tools to allow you to easily compose and customize messages, ensure accuracy of your messages with inline spell checking, create contacts in your personal address book, easily find and add email attachments, as well as organize your dates and schedules in a personal calendar.

Customize each email you send. When composing a new email, you can use the toolbar within the compose message page to choose your favorite font, change the color of the font, personalize the background of the message with a graphic or color and add animated emotions or “emoticons” to your dialogue. You have the option to use our inline spell checker to review your message for spelling accuracy. Misspelled words are highlighted within the compose message page and a click of your mouse provides suggested changes.

A personal address book is available to create contacts and groups for frequently used email addresses.

A calendar feature provides daily, weekly, and monthly formats, which allows you to quickly locate, add, change or remove appointments. To add a new event simply double click on the time slot, add a description, set the end date and save. Create events that recur at the same time daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly by entering the appointment once. Build your schedule quickly and easily.
