Wire Maintenance $2.25 per month

Covers the costs of repair/replacement of faulty or damaged inside wire and jacks, materials included. Wire Maintenance service will provide up to two trips monthly (effective immediately upon sign up).

Wire Maintenance does not include troubles caused by customer equipment, replacement of customer equipment, receiver off hook, animal chews, and/or rewiring of existing jacks. Multi-line businesses with key or PBX systems or commercial building locations are not eligible for Wire Maintenance.

Lifeline/Afford-A-Phone Service $1 per month

MTA participates in national programs that provide discounts to income-eligible individuals for both the initial installation costs of telephone service and for monthly telephone or wireless phone bills. To sign up, just print and complete this application and bring it to an MTA store.
